World of Warcraft Addons are 100% safe and legal if you can get them from the right place. I wouldn't recommend getting Addons from just anywhere. You'll be downloading them onto your computer, and hackers are out there everywhere, even the online gaming community. I only recommend using Curse, it's where most players get there addons, they're always legit and safe. Curse is also free, and requires no membership, just go there and get what you want.
